At Trico Gear, we are committed to delivering your genuine leather products safely, securely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and the United Kingdom, no minimum order value, no exceptions. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no hidden shipping fees.


2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ United Kingdom β€” England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

We are working to expand our shipping destinations. Worldwide shipping will be available soon.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, packaged and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 4 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time is the processing period plus the delivery period combined.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom 7 to 9 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, adverse weather conditions or high demand periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery at any time.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tricogear.com and we will investigate immediately.


6. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your delivery destination and may include major international couriers. All carriers we work with provide full tracking services.


7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

United States Customers: Trico Gear ships all orders to the US on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where applicable. Any applicable import duties or taxes are included. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

United Kingdom Customers: All orders shipped to the United Kingdom comply with current UK import regulations. Trico Gear covers applicable import costs so that UK customers receive their orders without unexpected additional charges at the door.

If customs authorities in your country require additional documentation or charges beyond our coverage, we will contact you directly to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


8. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Our shipping carriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the package:

  • The carrier may leave the package in a safe location at their discretion
  • A delivery notification card may be left with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot
  • Most carriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package

Trico Gear is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order.


9. Lost or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging all orders to prevent damage in transit. However if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately.

For lost orders: If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at support@tricogear.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

For damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the damaged item before doing anything else. Send these photographs along with your order number to support@tricogear.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.


10. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Trico Gear cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@tricogear.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been dispatched.


11. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@tricogear.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order enters the dispatch process.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case our Returns Policy will apply.
